HERE’S WHAT YOU DO...
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brush two 6-inch cast iron skillets or oven-safe ramekins with melted butter.
- Into each skillet, crack two eggs, 1 tbsp milk, 1/4 cup tomatoes, salmon pieces, salt and pepper.
- Bake in middle of oven for 8 minutes, or until egg whites have set and yolks are still runny.
- Garnish with fresh basil, thyme, and toasted baguette slices for dipping.
