Anchovies
Anchovies have been eaten by people around the world since the early days of the Roman Empire. Our gourmet anchovies are always wild-caught off the coasts of Argentina and Morocco, where fishing has been a way of life for generations. The small fish are filleted and processed the old-fashioned way by skilled artisans, then traditionally aged in salty brine for 4 to 6 months before being hand-packed into recyclable aluminum cans. Perfect on pizza, in Caesar’s salads, or on open-face sandwiches with slices of hard-boiled egg.
